Dixie Regional 2019 - Lunch in Lewes?

Within walking distance of the public hosta garden established last year by the DHS in Zwaanendael Park in downtown Lewes are a number of great lunch possibilities, all on or near Second Street:

Touch of Italy, at the corner of Savannah Road and Second Street, offers delicious antipasti as well as authentic Italian main plates.

Nectar is a wonderful juice bar known far and wide for scrumptious breakfasts as well as sandwiches and soups.

Kindle is a cozy little place with some French influence, reflected in its wine list. Great vegetarian options. How about greens in a champagne vinaigrette?

Striper Bites offers a number of tasty seafood options and GREAT salads.

Jerry's Blue Sea Cafe is the place for fish and chips and seafood sandwiches.

Olive and Oats is Cafe Azafran's new incarnation in Lewes. Delicious salads and sandwiches.

Agave offers really good authentic Mexican (with a long list of tequilas). They don't take reservations and there may be a line to get in. Be forewarned that it can be loud inside.

If you want homemade ice cream to top off lunch, be sure to visit King's (also on second street).
